Question I'm torn between?

I'm torn between buying the Rubicon Express 2" spacer system with twin tube shocks or the Teraflex 2.5" budget boost kit with adapters? I'm pretty new at lift kits and was wondering what is the best "bang" for my buck? Any help is appreciated!

Teraflex seems to be real popular on here.

I've heard alot of positive things about the Teraflex and also that their customer service is great. I have the Teraflex leveling kit and though there are not many parts I think the build quality is good.

For around $500 you are going to get four spring spacers, four shocks, and four bumpstop extensions with the RE kit. If you want to get rid of the rake, this will help even out the JK, because the rear spacers are .75" taller than the front:

With the Teraflex basic BB for $338, you get four spring spacers (all 2.5", no rake leveling), four bump stops, longer rear swaybar links (you can move your stock rear swaybar links to the front, they are longer), rear brake line brackets, four shock extensions, rear frame mounted track bar drop down bracket. Just the cost of this kit alone with all the extras seems more bang for your buck. If you add four shocks for $145, you are still under the cost of the RE BB, and have a lot more for your money. IMO

You'll like this setup. I ran it for a couple of years, and was happy with the ease of installation as well as the quality of the components.

When I changed to an OME spring lift, I kept the bumpstops, brake line brackets, and longer swaybar links in the rear from the TF BB.

You may want to look at the 2.5 " terra flex coil lift instead of the pucks.

I agree on this statement. If you are going to go 2.5" then why not do the Teraflex coils or Old Man Emu. Otherwise, you should do the Rubicon Express 2" with Teraflex quick disconnects. I have done some seriously wheeling with my 2" and it is awesome, especially with the disconnects.

What size tire do you plan on running? Do you have a 2dr or 4dr?

Go with the old man emu kit, it gives you plenty of lift and the ride is great! I run the hd kit in my 4 door with the hardtop and 35's. The price is good as well.
