As far as I know they are cheep, but I don't think they will compare very well off road with the bigger names in lift kit's. It all depends what you want out of your lift.

I'm looking at Teraflex or Skyjacker. Want to be able to go have fun at places like Moab. It's also a daily driver for now.

Do not lump Teraflex and Skyjacker together, huge differences there. There's a reason Skyjacker is cheap...

Figure out the size tire you want to run, what kind of offroad use you're going to do and most important, your budget. If you can spend a little more up front and do it correct, once, that's my advice. Look at Teraflex, Rock Krawler, Rancho to name a couple.

There's plenty of info on all, spend some time searching the site and read up on them.

I bought a SkyJacker 3.5" as my first lift and I wish I had done more research. I'm only throwing $600 into the trash but I wouldn't wish that suspension "quality" on anyone. I'm going with an EVO DoubleD in November, and I'm counting down the days-72 to go.

I totally agree. The first lift I had on my JK was a 4" Shyjacker kit. The only reason I got it was because at the time, there weren't any lifts out for the JK. A complete waste of $1500. The Johnny Joints blew out on them after a year of hard wheeling. I upgraded to a Teraflex 4" LCG kit and it was night and day. Spend a little more and it will pay off.

Yep remember the old saying "you get what you pay for". This is especially true with Jeep mods.

Zone is a lower end sister company of BDS Suspension. BDS makes decent kits with lifetime warranty.

However, since you mentioned Teraflex....personally that is the company I would look at. High quality products with superior customer service.

Good luck, there are many choices out there and choosing the right one for you can be very challenging.

I ordered my kit Friday and it's due tomorrow. I'll keep you updated when it arrives. Customer service is A+ so far. The rep answered any question that I had and emailed me with the tracking info as soon as it shipped...From what I understood the Nitro shocks are the way to go if you order. Guess the others are off the shelf type of shock? We'll see???

Had Skyjacker lift for a few months.
Went to Teraflex 3", really liked it.
Finally ended with ORE DTD.
