Does anyone have this? Is it anygood? I am looking for a way to secure my laptop while working and am wondering if this could be a good option.

I think the Insta Trunk is a plastic/poly substance. I would get a pack pack to keep the laptop in or maybe the Tuffy drawer. Just my opinion.

Best top says it is metal....here is there description

Secures and safeguards belongings out of site.
Fastens into cargo area behind rear seat.
Locking tailgate secures trunk; no need for extra keys!
2.7 cubic feet of lockable storage space.
forms a weather-resistant seal.
16-guage heavy duty steel with powder coat finish.

I have it and it is a great product. It adds major security for valuables with the soft top or top off.

Your right. I guess it's worth a try.

So easy a cave man could do it. Seriously it is simple, but once you install it it stays. Not a temp type thing. It is metal and very secure.

The flex-a-trunk is what I have. Couldn't imagine having the insta-trunk in the unlimited. I have removed the panels numerous times to move large items. Also, removed 1 panel for access from the rear seat, while using the other 2 for a shelf for other gear. Love it..
