Default Installed JKS discos

Just installed the JKS quicker discos a few weeks ago and it seems i might not have set it up right i hit some rough spots going through an intersection last night and I had a bad wobble in the front end, so then i slowed down and it about shook the steering wheel out of my hands. After coming to a complete stop and then taking off again it didn't do it the rest of the night. any advice from someone that has installed these on their rigs ? thanks

i also installed the woods stabilizer shock bracket the same day as the quick disco's

Sounds more like something is loose than anything to do with the discos. Break out your torque wrench and see what you find. Start with the trackbar...

When you installed the Woods SS relocate bracket, you have to take the trackbar loose right? As said, start there and re- torque it.

Sounds like someone has a case of the death wobble. As everyone stated, check the track bar. If that doesnt help just search "death wobble" and youll find hours of reading.....

Agree with everyone and check your track bar.

Just to be certain what length discos did you get and do you have a lift?

You need to torque that trackbar bolt to 130 ft lbs. It's probably not to spec from when you installed the woods bracket.

It sure sounds like it is something other than the Disconnects. What I do some times when I am looking for some thing that is loose. I will jack up the front end and set it back down on jack stands so the front wheels are off the ground. Then start a check of every part in order so I don’t leave one out. You never know what you will find. My in-laws are in from BA to enjoy the sun and it is raining for the next couple days. They’ll live.
