Is it this one that you have installed ?

I have already the granatelli wires and would like to have a coil with it

but is there really much noticable difference ?

and will it work with superchips ?

This sounds like a recipe to really leaning out the engine.

How would this lean out an engine? It has O2 sensors that will automatically adjust the mixture to keep it stoic. It MIGHT run lean for a min or two until the short and long term fuel trims figure out the difference, but I don't see this really doing much to the fuel trims. Just my

I hope you are right, but I think there is a wishful thinking component to this mod, just like CAIs.
Hate to say it, but, agreed

Same . . .

Although, with the way everything else is on these Jeeps maybe Chrysler is using junk coils. Gotta save money you know and the best way to do that is cut corners.

EDIT
See now this is going to bother me until someone gets some numbers posted. I know it sounds way too good to be true but there is always that small chance. Question is, do I want to leap and get burned or wait and get informed? Hmm . . .

The A/F system is not fully dynamic and there are parts of it that rely on tables, known parts and expected results.

What gears are you running? I'm on 35 Nitto's and stock rubi gears and would like some more oomph without a huge chunk of change.

A hotter/larger/longer burn does not change the amount of fuel going in. It should make a more complete burn and may burn hotter but wont lean it out. The tables in the tuning do rely on set conditions but as soon as you drive it off the dealership lot it changes. There are a lot of dynamics in tuning but I don't believe changing the ignition of the mixture changes the air fuel ratio.
