Default Installed rear upper adjustable arm noise

First off, I have an 07 2 door jk with a 4 inch lift.

I installed rear uppers about a week ago to fix drive shaft pinion. Everything has been fine until on the way to work this AM I stated hear a grinding noise like something is dragging. Metal to metal. Only happens when I'm moving, did a quick look under jeep and didn't see anything obvious. When I get home from work I will go more in depth just wanted any ideas you guys might have. I am a JK newb, Sold the YJ.

Do you have an aftermarket rear driveshaft? The stockers are designed to be run at an angle. If it's a stock shaft and original, running it straight on probably sent it to its death.

What brand of upper adj control arms did you go with?

The arms themselves should not cause a grinding noise as they should not come in contact with anything moving.

There are rubicon express. I pulled them off last night and put the stock ones on. No noise, I think one of my rear brakes was dragging?? Now it's fine though?
