i did it all bymyself execpt for the last rear spring was a real pain in the ass and my husband helped me with it when he got home. So if you have the tools and just a little know how im sure you will be fine... I think i tightened everything when it was back on the ground!!

Easy simple install.. having someone help would be easier, but I think it can be done with one person. Once installed snug then I lowered it back down and shook the Jeep back and forth and jumped up and down on the bumper to get everything back to rest then tightened everything to spec. No problems so far!!!!

Scroll down a bit to the "Write-Ups" area. Stickied at the top is an index. Use any of the lift install write-ups, as they will all have basically the same steps. And yes, you will want to tighten everything on the ground with the full vehicle weight, not up on stands.

Just follow these instruction, its pretty much the same

To get springs out, you want to put the jeep on jack stands and floor jack the axle from the diff/pumpkin. then push down on the axle (after disconnecting swar bars and trackbar) and you can pull the spring right out. just be careful not to damage your brake lines

Basically, it's this one, without any modifications to the shocks. Good luck. It's a pretty easy install.
