Default Installing MORE BL, Anything I Should Know?

I'll be installing a MORE 1" Body Lift on my Unlimited Auto this weekend. Any helpful tips you guys can pass along? Any mods to the shifters required? Thanks.

Use a screwdriver the pull down on the washers while you take the bolts off, there is a retainer washer between the mount and the bolts will loosen so far until that washer stops them. Just keep steady down ward pressure and no probs.

Pray the factory did not cross thread the back bolt and you break the weld. It added about an hour to the project

Easiest thing in the world to do, but don't do it late at night like I did because you will have the cops show up wondering why there were loud beating noises coming from the garage when I was taking off the washers. They were a bitch.(The washers of course)

Dumb question, do you absolutely have to remove the grill to remove/install the front mounts? I'm asking because my winch is within 1/8" of the grill and removing the grill is now officially a PITA. Any way around it would be great.
