Default installing pro comp 7076

some new rubber and wheels on the way to me, but i want to clear up a few things and hoping someone can help me out.

I know the pro comp 7076 wheels aren't hub centric. It seems like some people are just using the stock lugs, some are going with the pro comp lugs, and some are going with the gorillas. is there any issue with just using the stock lugs? any special installation with a non hub centric wheel?

I read somewhere but now can't find (or maybe i had a bad dream?) that there's a clip/ring/lip that has to be removed to get aftermarket wheels to seat flat on the jk. any truth in this?

Yes there is a clip at the wheel stud that can easily be removed with pliers. The stock lugs will work fine.
