i finally got mine installed today ...had to remove the shift boot bezel ...(can be popped out from the side closest to the back twards the console )....remove the entire center console ..you have to remove the transfer case knob ......remove the console and slide the shift boot through the center .....now install your panel you have to push it down really hard till it snaps in place . now you put everything back and the you push down and lock in place ....you also have to push the shift boot down into the bezel (see picture ) snap shift boot bezel back in place ...i hope this helps some wish i would have taken pictures .

If is possible for you take picture of the other side of this installation. I retry the instalation probably this weekend and other picture probably help me thank you.

You da man!

How hard was it getting the transfer case knob off? Do you just pull it off like the shift knob?

do you hit your switches with the shifter? i had one but sold it to a friend because of that issue now im geeting the one for the driver side a piller.

Nice that they come up with ish now. It's a little too late for some of us. I have my switches in the panel with the wiring ready to go! Nice to wait almost two months to get it, then a week later ,they add it's for autos only.

Please excuse my stupidity but can someone please tell me how to remove my center console in a 2012 Rubi automatic? All the instructions I'm finding say to pull out the cup holder and there should be screws under the cup liner - my Jeep doesn't have this. I'm trying to get my Daystar panel in and forcing it all the way down is still about 1/4" too high at the top. Still waiting to hear back form Daystar (it took them three months to finally ship the panel I ordered in early November). Thanks.
