Default irok radials????

Getting gears installed friday also sleeves and gussets. Wanting 35s and thinking of going with irok radials how do you guys like them?? I have run tsl's boggers and sx's but never owned iroks heard they work great. I spend most of my time in the snow and sand wanting to know how they do in both.

I am in florida, and deal with sand on a regular basis, MT tires with big ol knobs just dig you deeper. You need to find a tire with good flotation, Look into the TrXus STS All Terrain super swamper. It is designed for the sand and snow.

STS???? the most retarded tires super swamper ever came out with? hell i'd roll thornturds before i ran those pieces of crap. I've run 36s, 39.5s, and 42 inch Iroks on my yotas and I LOVED them. The radials have more of a balloon profile depending on the exact tire that you get, so those can wear out pretty quickly in the center. I had a set of 36x13.50/r17 irok radials (which is the closest size i've run to what you're wanting) on my old daily driver and the tires were still over 75% after 15k miles, road noise was nowhere near as bad as boggers and really the ride was very nice, on par with bfg and GY tires.

I live down in texas so we dont really get snow, but I've heard they perform great. The key is to drop ALOT of air pressure, this will flatten out the tire and give you a better footprint instead of just biting directly down and digging a hole to china. To me, the only downfall to the radial iroks is if you do alot of rock crawling in sharp rock, the tires are known for cutting easier then others. I never had that issue but i had friends that did. hope that helps a little.

A buddy of mine has sts's and he is the only guy i know that hasn't gotten buried in the sand. They are an all terrain, probably not good in the mud or rocks, but for sand... I havn't seen one perform better. And thats from my own experiences.
