Issue with a new u-joint on my rubicon express drive shaft... Anyone else?

Thank you... But that isn't the point of this thread! I REPLACED the u-joint and now I am having these issues

when you took the drive shaft apart. did you happen to take the slip joint (the splines) apart? because drive shafts are balanced a certain orientation including the ujoints facing the same way. . .

typically, youre drive shaft has arrows or dots that signify how they were balanced.

Have you ensure the new u-joint is properly seated in the yoke?

This......... is a big one too. when i first put together my first you joint i wondered why i had more threads on the backside of the bolt then the other ones and it was because the ujoint wasn't seated properly!

So found out that the ball in the cv joint went bad and that is what was making all the noise... The vibration was the slip yoke where the shaft extends is bad... $250 to rebuild the shaft....

Hey Marc it's time for adjustable arms that's what caused your driveshaft cb joint to go because of your caster they will also make your jeep less flighty on the highway.

Any suggestions for the time being until I invest in my long arm kit?
