I just installed my rc 4 inch lift last week well as of the last couple of days when I start to pull out with the wheel turned it makes a pop or crack. and when Im driving there is a grinding noise ( believe the e-brake might be rubbing).. and also I had it alliend and today i went around a turn with my foot slightly on the brake and the damn traction control thing came on but I tried to get it to do it again but couldnt... any ideas

You probably should recenter the steering wheel
http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...-end-alignment If the alighnment shop didn't do this, then they just took your money.

As far as the pop, you might wanna check all your bolts and your steering stabilizer aswell.

so I went over everything this morning and may have narrowed my options down... the rear sway bar.. does anyone have any pics of this i may have the links in wrong and that is causing my clicking noise. also the steering bar coming off the pittman arm the bolts are tight but there is still play in the bar is this normal or are the bushings shot? help please... pics of rear suspension would be helpful

the steering bar is fine, definatly look at your front air dam I had to cut a piece out so my tires would stop catching it when turning

well that wasnt it, the rear lower shock bushing on the passenger side is loose.. I emailed rc and waiting on a response

I've had my RC lift on the Jeep for a little over six weeks now and the installing dealer has already replaced all the shock bushings once. He tells me that RC has had a HUGE problem with these bushings and that every time he orders something from them he has them throw in another two dozen shock bushings because he knows he's going to need them. Wish he had told me that BEFORE he sold me the lift.
