Default Issues with removing stock muffler?

Hey,
Just wondering if anyone know of any probs with getting rid of the oversized muffler behind the back wheels and using the space for something usefull, like carrying and extra 100kg of fuel?
My unit is V6 Ultd..
What about extractors and replacing the whole system?

G'Day,

I think if you search the vendors forum you'll find Wood's (they are the bee's knee's) makes a exhaust relocation kit, and other vendors (Rancho & MBRP) make cat back exhaust that will move the muffler. Not sure if anyone has sourced a fuel cell there, but it would be a bonzer.

All the best,

Matt

I have ran mine both with no muffler and with a Hushpower. The only problems I have found are more low end power, better mpg, and better sound.

Default Woods kits

I have Woods relocation kit as well some other mods from him. It works great. He has a mod to increase the storage area. Check it out!

x4000 on the WOODS products! Maybe Woods can work on a fuel tank enlargement next!
