Newbie here.

My 2009 JK came with the P255/70R18s on it. Time for my first set of new tires and the new BFG Rugged Terrain seem to fit my pocket book best and I dig the look of the tire. They offer it in a P255, but they also offer it in a P275. Any downside to running the P275 over the P255 on my daily driver?

Thanks in advance for any input!

No difference worth noting, go with the 275 bro!

your speedo will be off by just a bit and, unless you calibrate it with something like a procal or flashpaq, your shift points will be off a bit as well. aside from that, they shouldn't be big enough to cause any rubbing issues and you shouldn't feel a noticable amount of power loss.

The 275 will be a little taller and will throw your speedo off a couple of mph.
