Default Jack Stands??

My next trick is to replace my brakes/rotors here soon; however, not sure what jack stands to get. 2008 JK, 4 inch lift and 35" tires...I was looking at Autocrafts 6-ton stands with the lift range up to 23 15/16. Thoughts?

Swing by Harbor Freight, corner of Fountain and Circle. 6 ton stands are on sale for $39.99, 12 ton for $89.99.

I have a pair of their 6tons, plenty beefy for my needs.

In addition to being beefier, heavier stands are taller, which can be a factor with taller tires/lifts, especially if you need to have the frame on stands instead of the axle. (Figure 17" max height vs 24" max height between the two). And just a preference, but would you rather run a 6ton stand half way up at 17", or a 3ton stand all the way up at 17".

If you can exchange for taller/beefier stands, go for it. If not, use what ya got.
