IS jacking our jeeps up from the stock differentials bad for the diffs? Is putting jack stands on the axles towards the ends bad for the axles is jacking from the axles bad period? I guess im asking where everybody jacks their jeeps up from or if they had any negative outcomes from jacking by the diffs/axels. And also are there better spots to put jacks stands or jack from? 07 2dr D30/D44's 3 in lift on 35s

 

I have been using differentials for years. I also use the lower control arm mounts when I need to get one side really high to put on jackstands.

I've never had any problems either.

 

On the diff pumpkin is fine on the rear ..on the front you can only get so far jacking on the pumpkin BC its off centred ..I usually start with pumpkin and then control arm mounts

USE JACKSTANDS!

 

I jack up my Jeep at the diff every time I play in the rocks!
