What are the alignment specs?
What is the tire psi?
As the lift height goes up, the caster number goes down, causing flighty steering. And as noted above, some form of caster correction will help. Also, it is common for tire shops to over-fill, so letting air out may help, depending.
Caster will be lower with a 2.5 but you don't need adjustable control arms at that height but it will bring your caster close to spec. I would recheck the torque even loosen everything up lower back on to the ground and then rock the front and rear bumpers up and down to get everything to sit properly and then re torque everything and go from there.
Do you know what your caster is at and your toe?

Mine did that after I lifted it. I installed TF front lower control arms and adjusted the caster and took care of it. Now mine tracks straight as an arrow, with no steering correction required, at 85 MPH. I can let go of the steering wheel and it will just drive straight down the highway. And I have a bad SS right now (new one on order). I have no idea why folks say their four door Jeeps wander, and it's the nature of the beast. Mine doesn't and your's doesn't have to, either. Do be aware that at some time in the distant future your front driveshaft may fail, especially if you off road. Mine lasted about 100K miles.
Mine wandered horribly after my 2.5" AEV lift ( dealer installed). Of course when I brought it back, the dealer told the "that's just how these things drive". They also told me that they rechecked the alignment and it was correct. I asked for the print out of the alignment and they said they threw it away already. Hmmm... NO WAY! Total BS. I called AEV and they had me take a measurement. Turns out I had a net lift of about 3.25" instead of 2.5". They had me move the control arm position to the middle hole on the geo location brackets(increase caster). It helped significantly. Then I brought back to the dealer and insisted that they put it on the alignment rack and I wanted the print out. Magically this time, the toe was incorrect. They put back to spec and what do you know. It drives fine now.
