Default Jeep Pulling Right - HELP

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I have an 08 Unlimited X with HD OME coils, TF front trackbar and tf lower control arms (and a bunch of other stuff - see my sig if any other parts are relevant). I have a strong pull to the right that doesn't seem to be resolved with an alignment. My caster is currently at 6.0 on the driver and 6.3 on the passenger which should account for the road crown. My camber is -.8 on the driver and -.4 passenger. Total toe is listed as .21. I have the axle centered with the front trackbar. I realize the camber is off a bit but is that enough to cause the pull? I have compensated for it some with adding tire pressure to the front passenger tire raising it to 34 with the rest of the tires at 30, but this should not be the way to fix the issue. I have also rotated the tires and the issue remains a right pull. I am tired of constant pressure to hold my Jeep in the lane of traffic.

One other issue I am noticing (not sure if it is related) is uneven wear on my front tires. I am running 35" GY Kevlars and the highway tread portion of the tread on the front tires is bumpy and has a noticeable growl at speed. I rotated them to the rear and the noise reduced, but that didn't seem to resolve any of the pulling issue.

Sorry for the very wordy post, but I don't know any other way to describe the issue.

Try putting your right (passenger side)CA at 6.5-7, it'll help. Try to get it as close to 7 as you can. 6degrees and 6.3 is not enough to notice a difference, in fact, the alignment machine may read it a little less or more each time.

Sounds like the ball joints are shot.

Umm, don't know about that, his camber is pretty close to spec.

Thanks for the replies, I will adjust my passenger arm to 7 tomorrow and tee if that helps. As for the ball joints, is it possible to have a pull due to bad ball joints? I wouldn't think adjusting air pressure would help if it were the ball joints.

Umm, if your ball joints were going bad you'd probably have more of a clunk or a clunk and shimmy or wobble when hitting bumps.

Thanks mkjeep. I haven't noticed any shimmy or clunk, just the pull.

Bad ball joints don't cause clunks and shimmy in every case, but they always cause un even tire wear.

It's worth getting it check out.

Wider tires on a crowned road are going to pull. That is just nature of the beast. Now, I run those same tires, all my alignment is spec and I have a pull to the right. I have just learned to deal with it. Less likely to fall asleep at the wheel.

Had the same issue with mine but I had a pull to the left. I lengthend my driver side lower control arm, took my toe in - out 1 turn and it helped alot but still have a very slight pull. My castor was set at 6. Toe was around 3/8" now 1/4". I had no pull with 33" procomp at's but obtained it with 37" cooper stt's.
