where can I find these things, trying to build a rear bumper/tire carrier also a place to store some extra fuel and I need one in a hurry to finish the project.

You tell me. The link that you provided leads to a page that specifies not once...not twice...but three times that:

SCEPTER FUEL CANS CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Maybe you ordered your cans before this policy came into effect. Maybe your order was processed by someone that's new and didn't know better. Maybe you got lucky.

It's cool that you got your Jerry cans...but I think that we can say with a fair degree of certainty that most folks in the US will have a hard time getting these Jerry cans from DS tactical.

try like an military surplus store..idk if they have them in canada like they do here but it would be worth a try
