jet performance chip and computer flasing problems

jet performance chip and computer flasing problems
after i install my RE 4.5 lift, 37's, my dealer told me i would not be able to flash my computer to adjust for the new suspension and tires if i had a jet performance chip installed. does anyone know this for sure or heard of any problems. he said he has had problems with the system saying saying everything was incompatible. any advice is appreciated.

Always take the Jet Chip off before you visit the dealer. :-)

what are you trying to reflash for?
Only the speedo will be effected and that takes the Hypertech thingy.

the instructions for the rubicon express lift say to have the computer flashed to adjust for suspension height and tire size. i guess because of the roll mitagation program and for the electronic stability program. thats what im going by, but other than that i dont know why it has to be flashed.
