I noticed that too, but didn't say anything. The clamp is turned below the tie rod also, waiting to catch a rock.

the tie rod is crap! and nothing is out on the market, the friend that welded the bumper for me is going to lenghten the tj rockkrawler tie rod to fit my jk, and put a real piston on there the stock one is also crapped out.for the air in the bumper , it's made of 2"x6" square tubing with sleaves for the bolts to go through without losing air. we also put rods through it every 6" so the bumper wouldn't puff out . the viair compressor is plugged in and i put quick connect for the air on both side of the winch. so one in two out and one drain plug. i don't have a detailled plan but i could draw one up prety quick. it's very heavy so the stock suspension dropped 1" when i put it on at first and when i put the winch it dropped another 3/4"but when i put the rockkrawler lift the winch only dropped the front 1/8" so from this i conclude the front drops about 1/2 with a good suspension. my rocksliders are in the making and so is my rear bumper wich will be able to hold a fullsize spare, highlift jack, shovel and ax.
i'm gearring up to 513 if i see the gears for the d30 will hold up. the last thing for this year will chromo axles for the d30

I would save your money on the gears and axles and get the factory 44.

you should put a rear bumper with a full-sized spare... it looks a little light in the back end... maybe if you have the rear bumper you can get some more attractive mud-flaps...

That right there is some retarded logic Use the cash you would spend on that Dana turdy and spend it on the 44 or larger.

Thats what I am doing to mine, I will NOT drop cash into that 30 front
