Default JK with AIR SPRINGS

Hi all,
With all the talk about lift kits and special mods to suspensions, has anyone out ther done a air spring modification ??? Meaning replacing all four coil springs with air spring bellows. This will enable the vehicle to be lifted with increased pressure from an onboard compressor and or individually controlled from inside the cab according to the road or trail. This way you can lift your rig off-road and lower it to standard hight for highway travel.

Comments please

welcome to the forum.

There is a kit called Airock that does what you are looking for. But it is pricey, I think 5K.

I know there is at least one guy on here who has it.

To the OP, do a search, you should see it.

There are a couple of people who have done this with the AiRock. I think I have seen about 10 of these on the board so far.

Go to offroadonly.com and check out the Airock. That is what you are describing. Good system and works well but it is not for everyone.

I have the AirRock and can't believe the difference in ride quality. Off Road Only has put a lot of research and money into this kit to make it shine. I was in front of another jeep a couple of weeks ago, his was lifted with 35's and mine has 37's... While we were driving I noticed he was bouncing in his seat quite a bit but I was barely bouncing at all.
