Default Jk BB on a TJ

Will BB for a JK be made to fit on a TJ? My buddy has access to a dirt cheap JK BB but has a TJ. Any help or suggestions would be great.

my first thoughts are now, only the front springs will fit a JK, and the rear doesnt work at all.

Different buckets on the rear axle's.

I know the front TJ springs will fit the JK but what about JK suspension parts on the TJ. I.E. springs shocks etc....
