Default JK build for the Rubicon next summer! HELP

Ok so the back story. i bought a 2006 TJ Rubicon new and lightly modified it to wheel in so cal.(4 inch lift 33'' tires, basic stuff) fast forward to 2 weeks ago and i have a wife, kid, and dog so the TJ is pretty short on room. so the wife talks me into a JKU Rubicon. i have been reading this forum for the past 2 weeks and i am ready to start my build. i am looking for a little feed back and suggestions for this build. thanks in advance.

JK 5.5 X FACTOR COIL OVER LONG ARM SYSTEM
Series 152 Steel Wheel by Pro Comp 16inch 4.5 bs
Tom Woods front drive line( is the rear needed also?)
Evo off road C gussets
A tuner( looking for help on this)
the rock krawler trans pan(auto trans)
37'' BFG KM 2s
dynomax exhaust
rock sliders(poison spyder or evo off road) help
front and rear poison spyder bumpers
winch??

Basically that's the complete build for the Rubicon trip next summer. if there is anything else i need or should look into please let me know. this is an awesome forum and i look forward to the help. thanks guys.

Sounds great. The Rubi will be outstanding with those upgrades. Are you going to go with a New JK or a used one, that will change your cost considerably. New that setup will run you about 30 k for the JK, and say about 11 k for those upgrades. Used will cost you about 13 k less.

On the rock sliders look at the PJ sliders they offer great protection. Take nothing away from clearance.

All the Poison Spider armor is fantastic, personally I like the Poison Spider Brawler Rock Sliders because they are angled and seem to really help when sliding against rocks versus the traditional square ones. Take a look at their secondary panel armor that goes direcly behind the Sliders to protect your body, they look great and add a second layer of protection.

With that aggressive setup I would think about adding a upgrade kit to your roll cage, Poison Spider has an awesome one I am ordering. There are a couple other options out there, drawing a blank at the moment.

With a 5.5 kit I would replace the rear DS as well, get a matching set like "Woods" and while your at it swap out the crapy stock front Ball Joints to a set Heavy Duty Ball Joints, your stock ones will break down quickly.
