Default JK Habitat?

Does anyone have the JK Habitat? I have seen many discussions about it, but would like to see if anyone has actually used it.

I know the price is off the wall high. $6k but someone must have it.

What is it? Is this like a rock pile and a mudhole you put in your yard? Also is it for driving on or just parking on to make your JK happy when your not using it? If I am way out of the ballpark you might need to help out with a link. Mine truly likes being around offroad areas and big boobie blonde girls. I think that is the best habitat for it since it seems happy there.

Yeah I'm waiting for the warranty to be up so I can do all the fun things to my Jeep. I wanna make the JK into a expedition type vehicle. I'm thinking about getting one of those. I mean look how nice and neat it folds down. I wouldn't mind getting that thrown on there tent whenever and wherever. Sounds good to me.

The latest issue ("Gear Guide 2011") of Overland Journal has an article on a J8 with the JK Habitat. They really like it--all of it. The JK Habitat looks like a really awesome solution if you're into rooftop tents (I prefer a separate dome tent). They have lots of pictures of the habitat.

Anyone who is into overland/expedition type travel should subscribe to this magazine. Not only does it focus on this type of travel, but they have three test JKs that they report on occasionally. Do they like them? Well, the cover of the gear guide has a drawing of an AEV creation, and the description of the cover on the contents page is "The New Best of Breed". Pretty good for a magazine that has in the past been more focused on LRs and LCs.

Nice to know. Sorry but I did not have any idea of what you were talking about until I read down the threads a piece.
