Does anyone know if the newer air vent rings (with "JEEP" molded into them) will work on an '09 JK? I prefer those over the older rings that don't have "JEEP" on them...

There was a thread on here how to adapt them to work. I did that with a set for my 08 and they looked great.

Hmm... I did some searching over the course of several days, but didn't have any luck. I'll try other key words. Thanks for the info!

Dose anyone know if the two silver accent Pieces that make up the sides of the radio and heating controls could be removed and painted

Yes they can. There's someone else on here with a Rescue Green Jeep that did it. I used to have the picture saved on my phone.

Anyone done these black? Or is that too much?? Maybe I should do mine orange when I do my diff covered and steering linkages!
