I recently installed a 2.5" Teraflex lift and have the same problem. Mine is a solid 1/2" lower on the right even without a full tank. I will be trying the adjustable link on the right rear soon to fix it. Don't have time for the next two weeks however.

 

15 to 20mm coil spacer on both front and rear right. In Oz, we now have coil manufacturers who make right hand and left hand coils, as they have been doing for other vehicles for years.
