Ok I still can not find a short shift kit for my 2010 jk sport. Does any one make them? Why do they have them for the cj, yj, and Tj? I think it would be very helpful for all the town driving and would make for smoother shifts off road I hate having to come to a stop to shift into 2nd when I'm wheelin in 4 low. Any ideas on how to make one if we can't buy them would be sweet

 

This topic has been absolutely beat to hell in the past. The final verdict- a short throw would destroy the synchros and tranny quickly. The solution is a tranny designed for the abuse.
