Default JK07 Rugged Ridge Snorkel ... Fix?
Corner base, inch long crack ... Replacing the system isn't really an option ... Recommendation on fixing the crack?

Industrial/ commercial silicon is probably your best bet. The plastic in those snorkels is pretty thin.

Thanks for posting ur suggestions ... Went with a plastic bonder that I picked up from AdvAuto ... Not the prettiest -yet, it will do.

I will reach out to RR, not sure what they could do w/a 4 year old system. I'm not sure about this, I thought this piece was rather large. Still, I'll reach out to RR.
