Okay. Just doing a little fishing here. I have an '08 JKU and have no intentions of replacing it. I just keep modifying it. I'm working with Jake and Tom of Smashboogie 4x4 right now to rip out my rear grizzly locker and replace it with an ARB air locker, onboard air, and a genesis dual battery tray then follow that up with a Pro Rock 44 with ARB locker and RCV axle shafts.
I love the JK and like to think down the road. My JK is paid off and my 2 sons are 2 years from being out of high school and into Military/college. I've been looking at the JK8 and love the look and I'm really thinking of going with one of these kits once my sons are out of school and a 2 seater is fine.
What are people's thoughts on the JK8? Anyone with real world experience in them? Problems? Issues? Benefits?

I would love to have one. I saw a video that it makes the JKU 300lbs lighter.

 

i like the double cab brute.. but i wouldnt want to lose my back seat with the jk8..

 

I'd love the brute myself but don't like the price tag....lol
