Default JKS Adj Tracbar question

I am installing a 2.5 TF lift and JKS Tracbars and was wondering what is the proper way of measuring/installing them Tracbars. Do I measure Tracbar holes after the lift? Or measure the the amount of tire showing on each side?

measure the amount that the body has shifted over to one side. Use the tires as a reference point. Get teha djustment amount needed to center, then adjust the bar accordingly
