Default JKS Disconnect Issues

I have a click when turning coming from the passenger front. I have reinstalled them twice and torqued the sh1t out of them. Still clicking, what gives? Is this just part of having a disconnects?

I don't know how and why the would be clicking. Like mentioned, you need to grease these links at least every time you go off road. Let alone every 3K miles.

Maintenance.

Also, make sure you know what suspension components are clicking for sure because it would be pretty odd for them to click.

I greased them when I installed them last week. But yes it it sounds like a loud click, almost like it's shifting around. I've gotten under there but it only happens when the jeep is in motion. I'm not dumb guys, I know it's the disconnects , I just don't know why.

Stupid question, but did you buy them used?

I don't see how they could be clicking. Take some pictures of the shape they are in and that could probably help give us a better idea.

Atleast JKS Disconnects are cheap?

I'd make sure you got a lot of threads showing on your adjustable links and that your sway bar (NOT THE LINKS) is within 5 degrees parallel with the ground.

Any chance you didn't tighten up the nuts on the links? That could damage the threads themselves and possibly make some noise?

Remove them and go for a drive. Click, you know it's the links. No click, keep looking.

Is your axle centered? Is the swaybar centered? What is the backspace on your rims? How close are the links to the coils or any other components?
