JKS or TeraFlex?
Guys,
I'm looking at getting some new sway bar disconnects. I've narrowed it down between JKS or TeraFlex...I like how the JKS is greasable and can be fully adjusted for your lift height, but I also like how how the teraflex connects up and out of the way with the brackets.
Could I get some feedback/review from the guys running these types?

Both are great QD's. I've been with Jeeps that have ran both. My father actually fabbed a bracket up to hook his JKS to, similar to the Teraflex.

I just installed the JKS disconnects, so I don't have any trail experience yet. I can tell you that I was very impressed with their engineering and the quality of the parts. The installation was simple and predictable and took all of 20 minutes. I have a 2" coil lift on the front (Teraflex performance leveling kit) and the links that TF sent were too long for the lift. I really like the fact that the JKS are adjustable, which allowed me to bring the sway bar back to level again.
In terms of connecting and disconnecting, the JKS is simple and the spherical bushings really make it a breeze to reconnect.

I have had both and JKS is nicer. Make sure you grease them good tho. On flat ground when they are new they install easily, but you will be cussing them after you use them a bit and are trying to get them connected in the rain lol. I found using a pry bar of some sort to pry up on the sway bar makes them easier to get intalled.
Also there is a JKS dealer on another jeep forum that beats everybodies price on JKS. goes by Kolak

After two years, the rubber joints on my Teraflex are cracking and look like they're 6 years old. Not sure why as I keep em maintained w grease. Just recently changed to Rock Krawlers with all steel joints.
