Jku hard top on a 2 door
I giggle at the thought of what it would look like though if tried.

Freedom panels will, the rest will not. The 2 door hard top (minus freedom panels) comes to an end right about where your headrests are.
The 4 door top, goes over that, and would probably dead end near your windshield, but not fit properly.
