Exclamation JKU - LED Headlights Wont Stay On

Jeep 2010 JKU 3.8l - 3" lift running 33s

OK - need to use the 'call a friend card'. I've seen threads similar to this before but there doesn't seem to be a clear answer in those threads - So I'm trying my luck again. :/

So.. Have had LED headlights with halo etc running for a couple of years. All of a sudden one night after I flashed the high beams (brights) at some numpty that cut me off, the headlights stopped working.
the halo (aka parklights) work, but the headlights and the brights refuse to stay on. They turn on and flash like 3 times then nada,, zip.. zero lights.. The halos work but not the headlights or highs. After that they won't come back on even to flash.
So I've replaced the column lever - thought potentially had a fault?
I've replaced the CANBUS on both lights - to eliminate a faulty canbus.
I've replaced the LEDS themselves. - to eliminate the units themselves. Yes I've tried with expensive and cheap ones.
but sill nothing.
I do not believe it to be the TIPM. There are no other symptoms in any other electrical item - literally just the headlights won't stay on.

Roadworthy is due.. I need my lights for the pinks..
Any suggestion ?

Do you have Jscan app? I'd be curious to see if any fault codes are showing up in the system in modules that don't necessarily feed to an OBDII code.

It may the simplest of things as well… my headlights weren’t working after installing the KC gravity lights. The oem connector wasn’t making a solid connection. I replaced the plugs with aftermarket 3 pin plugs and haven’t had an issue since.

yep I have the full JScan subscription. No codes and I've got the LED option in the mods section

yeah true. This weekend I'm checking all wiring from the back of the lights to the TIPM. So I'll see what I can find

yup, that is what i was gonna say next, start by making sure you're getting 12v at that wiring harness, and if not, then start working backwards.

OK.. at a loss on this problem.

So traced all the wires couldn't find any problems with connects.
Unplugged the TIPM and reseated all connects
Tried installed the OEM candles but they flicked 3 times just like the LEDs

I've researched further and read some posts that replacing the TIPM may not fix this issue !!! $1000 to spend for a maybe is a heard pill to swallow.

Considering wiring up the headlights to the spod and running them from there - but hard wiring also turns on the brights ... arrrggghhh

Any recommendations on a work around would be appreciated... or do i just bite the bullet buy a TIPM and hope for the best ?

Here's a picture of the drivers that control the headlights. Since both headlights behave the same, the problem must be with whatever tells them what to do.
The dealer can hook up to the Jeep and monitor computer commands and responses; might be expensive to have them do it. Can your JScan do that?

thanks for the response.
I have set the JScan to LED headights in the mods section but have not seen any computer monitoring sections that will provide any info.
In the meantime I'm going to bypass the tipm till I sort out some $ for a check by a dealer or someone similar.
