I went ahead went with BDS 6.5 suspension long arm kit with upgraded Fox 2.0 reservoir shock. The shop gave me $600 for my procomp 4 inch lift so I could not resist. The kit comes with a lift time warranty and is made in the USA. The shop head guy/owner said the JK would handle like a stock jeep and this kit has everything in it. I also added artic tuss and sleeves along with new ball joints to the front dana 30 and rear 44. The shop is painting axles black which I was pretty satisfied to hear at no additional cost. I just hope I'll be able get jk in a 9 foot garage with 6.5 lift on 37's??????

Hrm... seems like a lot of cash to spend on getting 37s to fit. You could have fixed it with a reciprocating saw and some spray paint.

This is the correct answer. Sometime in 2013 I believe Jeep stopped having the huge pinch seem in the wheel well and those models you don't have to cut the pinch seem. Prior to that you have to cut the pinch seam down and paint a cut area to prevent rust.

I run 3.5" lift with 37s and all is fine. The stock rear fender liners were rubbing a little on some bumps with my AEV lift, but I took them out and no issues anymore.

Curious to see if you did any sleeves, C's, gears or generally anything else to upgrade the front axle for 37's?

Wow, 6.5inch lift seems really high and seem like some major instability offroad. I run 37's on 4.5" with no rubbing (all adjustable control arms, trimmed pinch seams, and flat fenders)
