Installed 87 tune since gas is now $3.09 a gallon. The auto tranny is so much better now. HP gain, increase in mpg's ... no idea. Worth every penny though for the transmission tune alone.

Does this thing help those of us with a 6-speed?

It sounds like the only benifit is to the auto?

I have a V6 auto, could someone please give me any info on changing the auto shift points using the superchips. I have stock 3:73 gears but plan to upgrade. (gears) I hate the way when in overdrive on inclines while Hway driving pushing my foot down slowly does nothing until the jeep slows to 80km (Aussie) then it drops out and revs it's head off. If I could get it to change earlier it would be much better. Thanks in advance

This is exactly what I have been hearing as well. I have a 6 speed and would love to hear six speed results.

I got mine mostly for adjusting the speedo and getting my shift points back inline.
I love it. I am getting about 3-4 mpgs more running the 91 tune. Don't know exact numbers on the power gain, but you can sure feel it.

I have a six speed and the tuner. I think it has help with mpg and low end performance. I have a steep driveway that i could not idle up and now I can. I am running the lowest tune on it. Updates are easy to do as well.
