I've been waiting for it..and it appears its out. I'm actually signed up for email alerts and didn't get one yet, but I just happen to browse, and the intakes are now out for the 07 Jeep Wranglers.

there are alot of things that can effect dyno numbers including weather conditions, how well the dyno is maintaned, what kind of dyno ect ect ect. Iv even dynod my old car 3 times in a row on the same dyno and the numbers varied between 5-10 hp. Places usually do 3-4 pulls and take the average.
My personal opinion is that a lot of the companies that deal in these aftermarket products either A: fabricate the dynos, or B: do many dynos until they see the numbers they want. Either way, my thinking is don't believe everything you see... especially when someone is wanting your money. Just my 2 cents.

I have an Airaid CAI as well as an Airaid/Poweraid throttle body spacer ordered from Summit. They are supposed to get it in the warehouse on 6/26.
Airaid claims 14hp and 24 lb/ft torque gains at the rear wheels with their CAI, with the biggest gains in the 2900 - 3500 rpm level.
Spacer will make improvements at lower rpm levels and improve mpg (don't know how much, since dyno testing occurs at higher rpms).
Adding 14 hp to an engine that only has 202 to begin with should make a pretty noticeable difference. Especially since the power band is lowered quite a bit and gains of 24 lb/ft torque go along with it.
I guess I'll see if their claims are true in a couple weeks.

I'm not sure if I'm entering this link right, but here is the link to the Airaid site that shows the dyno chart and claims that you gain 14 hp at the rear wheels, along with 24 lb/ft torque:
