Does it primarily happen when you hit bumps or all the time?

your caster will give slight flighty feeling if not adjusted fairly close to stock.....and i also have found that with larger tires....if toe is set to spec....it will wonder abit....with a slight toe, it helps take the wonder out....i got the lifetime alignment at firestone...and after wheeling i would take in for a alignment, and they would ask me how it drove and i talked with them....so forth and so on.....talked to the guy for awhile, and he said with larger tires, handling will improve with a slight toe in......i was like ok....so took his advice and sure enough worked......worth a shot...

As suggested, you may check your caster. Do you know what angle it is at?

As Robar suggested you need to know what your caster is. Factory is 4.2 degrees and you may want to run more than (6 or so) that if your driveshaft can handle it. What is your toe in? As I recall stock is 1/16 and I'm running 3/32 but was prepared to go to 1/8 if need be. I have been told that on 37's and up sometimes a bit of toe out is required; from 1/16 to 1/8". I have no first hand knowledge of that so take it for what little it may be worth.

Try to be there with the tech when he does the work. I do know that when we mod these vehicles heavily just going with stock specs won't work.
