Default King shocks

I know King coilovers are the ultimate thing to have for driving on and off road. As for the budget, it's not affordable right now. However, the regular king shocks I could afford. Does anyone have experience with these shocks and any critique of the product?

Its a good shock, bigger shaft size then most after market shafts you will be looking at. Its rebuildable.

We offer these in EVO Spec valving as well. You really cant go wrong with King 2.0

I have the adjustable Kings. They aren't cheap, but what an improvement over the Bilsteins I had! One of the best purchases I've ever made. Adjust from firm to soft with the twist of a knob.

So with them being adjustable, I assume softer would be better for offroad and then firm for regular roads?

I love my king shocks. One of the best mods I've done on my jeep. I have the adjustables and they work like a charm. Great travel for rock crawling and handles high speeds and rough roads amazingly well. Worth the money. I also put on the king hydraulic bump stops that were designed for the jk. Thumbs up on kings.

Make sure to get an adjustable track bar, my axle was about 0.5" off centered and after going full flex I bent the shafts, since these are 0.5" larger in dia this is a problem once and a while, they are rebuilt now and ill be strapping my axle so I don't have these issues again and the axle has been centered
