Default KM2 or Mickey T MTZ

OK we're down to the wire. The tires of choice come down to either the BFG KM2 or the Mickey Thompson MTZ.
These tires must be as good in ice and snow as they are on rock and mud. This is my primary vehicle and I want a year round tire. I really don't want to have to have two sets of tires and rims.

Any experience with these two tires in the snow and icy roads?
BTW Thanks all for your info though other treads on making a more informed decision on deciding what tires..

I rate my MTZs they are great on every terrain I have tried. Ice and snow is the only terrains that I haven't tried but I think the MTZs would peform better than the KM2s due to every lug having sipes.

I love my MTZ's. I have never used the km2's though. Good luck!

I love my MTZ's put 800 miles on them and they are awesome! I don't have experience driving them in the snow/ice yet...but, they are sipped and seam to look like they will do alright...

My MTZ's have 14,000 km and have been through four Canadian seasons. Snow, ice, monthly wheelin' trips through mud, sand, over rock and gravel. I would buy them again in a heartbeat!
