Default Knock Off Quality???

I was looking on Ebay for a Mopar black fuel door for my 2015 2D. I see a lot of knock-offs from China & Hong Kong at less money than the Mopar Brand. I see they have sold several, so can someone tell me about the quality, and fit?
Thanks!

I bought one on ebay for $37 and it seems spot on to me. The install instructions were photocopied, but besides that I'd buy it again. The door is solid and has Jeep stamped in it. The plastic insert that goes around the gas cap is cheap but I'd imagine the Mopar one is too.

When installing, put the bottom part of the plastic insert into the gas tank hole in your sheet metal FIRST. It has a fin the needs to go ON THE INSIDE. Then the top will have a plastic pin to line up with another little hole. I effed mine up and crimped my sheet metal. But it was user error due to crappy instructions. Don't force it. When you get it lined up right, it will fit.

I went with one of those and they are good quality as far as the part goes. However it was about a week later that the powder coat failed!!! The Mopar on my neighbors is holding strong after five years although it is harder to install.

Mine has been through a summer and winter and the powder coat is still perfect. I guess you get whatever you get....?
