Subscribed........that's pretty slick. That would be perfect for when I leave the kids in the car seat while I do all my ammo shopping. But on a serious note, I want some!!!

That's pretty bad ass! He says it's from a German company. But they don't look hard to make for someone who is good with metal...

You can ask the guy in the vid directly. He's on here. Find out the name of the German company to see if they have US distribution. He actually just posted a bunch of pics of his camping setup / storage in one of the threads a few days ago...

These vents are made in Germany and the company's website is all in German. If you cant read it or call their international number, contact Melanie at (melanie@nakatanenga.de), she speaks English as is extremely helpful.

I did the whole transaction via email with Melaine and she sent me a paypal link to pay for the vents. Not sure when they will arrive, but they seem like a great idea. Total with expedited shipping to the U.S. was about $78.

You can also order them from 4x4Overlander in the UK, contact Brendan Brew

Do you know how many vents you get for $78? I'm interested in these.

Here is a good translate of the site for anyone:
Ventilation plates rear side windows

Good air circulation as with slightly opened windows and still no higher risk of rain penetration or theft as with the windows closed? Plus protection against various insects?

That is: And with our ventilation panels with mosquito net, precisely manufactured to fit a variety of off-road vehicles of aluminum - no clattering universal parts that "somehow" keep! For a discreet appearance are the panels, which are delivered in pairs, black powder coated.

Ideal not only for campers and dog owners, also to avoid the heat buildup when parked in direct sunlight. Add to that the super easy installation: windows down cranks, use ventilation sheet, crank windows up, done!

Please note: At high temperatures, a dog is one with sufficient fresh air not in a parked car.

Currently available are the sheets for the following vehicles:

Land Rover Defender
Land Rover Discover 1/2/3/4
Jeep Cherokee XJ (1984-2001)
Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK (2007 onwards)
Mercedes G (460/461/463)
Ford Ranger (from 2012)

Other models on request - please contact us!
