Default well..

it's a neat concept, and looks cool, however you just raised the center of gavity. I now have to directly lift a 35-40" tire and rim combo, then place it roughly 4' off the ground? (the blown tire).

I can't use my OEM hard top, can't use my OEM soft top, and what will that jackass who rear-ends me crash into now if not for my very large cushy spare tire?

It's neat, but I think you're solving a problem that doesn't exist.

I like my TerraFlex hinge. One motion and my tailgate opens. Holds my 35 just fine.

Finally, they figured out a way to make the rear view mirror completely useless...

They should make a pivot point for mounting and unmounting. For example it would have two pin locations, one to lock it in the horizontal position and one to lock it in the vertical position. Then it would be versital and unique. Would probably sell like hot cake lol!

Yes a pivot point would be pretty sweet. Allowing it to change in 3 different positions vertical, slant, and horizontal.

It ouwld be a great idea. However, i believe the company is worried about rattling that is all too common in aftermarket bumpers/tire carriers. All they do is swap the bracket out. I'm looking at getting both brackets here in the next couple weeks.

Which two brackets?
Angled and _______?
Horizontal or vertical (regular)?

Are you interested in all three configuration?

No, I'd just be interested in the Baja (Flat) Bracket and the Fastback
