Does anyone have any experience with kryptonitecustomworks.com. They will sell me 5 Cragar Soft 8's (16x8) for $250 shipped. I am wondering if they are reputable.

Please advise if you have experience with them.

I guess I am going to be the first. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

why dont you call one of the vendors here and see if they would price match, that way you will be getting a product for a good price from a well proven vendor

I agree that the details of the transaction should be checked very carefully. That price looks just like a decent deal on some TJ wheels, and is way below the current market prices for JK wheels of the type you listed. Seems too good to be true.

Normally I would whip off an opinion about dealing with reputable people and companies. I do believe that it is worth it to stick with the good guys over saving a few bucks. But the price you gave is much lower than the other guys that have advertised prices and I would understand your inclination to try the transaction in this case. Even more reason to ask for details. I might even be inclined to ask for the mfgr part numbers and contact Cragar to verify.

thats funny that they are backordered at Summit Racing, because i just ordered 5 on the 18th -- i went with the 7 inch wide though, i couldn't believe how cheap they were, good luck on finding yours and i agree with the guys here, i would watch anything done with a company you've never heard off - they might rip you off, might be the best thing ever but who knows

duhh, its a different wheel, why is it funny that the 8's are BO? those are more popular.

that IS exceptionally cheap. anything less that summit pricing is almost too good to be true, unless they are blems, previously mounted or used, etc... its very possible they arn't brand new. double check everything
