I bought a congo cage back when they first started shipping the racks.

Mine didn't come with a prop rod, and doesn't have the bent left rear leg to accommodate the fuel door / license plate.

After seeing some of the enhancements that some other folks got with the newer racks, I called the mfgr today.

Marcelles at Kargomaster was super friendly, understood my issue, and offered to send me a new rack. No charge for the rack. I just have to pay shipping, which is admittedly not cheap. Still, I think this is one of the best examples of customer service that I've come across. Ever.
