Default Lange Hardtop Panel Storage System

I received this the other day and went to install them.

The kit is 4 pieces of foam with 4 straps and a plastic clip.

I paid $77 with shipping and I got to tell you I have had the best laugh this year. :toung:

I will be returning them to get some of my money back as there is no way I am putting this on my Ruby.

Just thought you all would like to know.

Bingo..... We have a winner.

There are 2 pieces of hard foam that are laying on the floor. Then 2 tiedown straps go from the child seat retainer on the floor to the head rest and hook to the post.

You put the panel in a groove in the 2 foam pieces on the floor and lay another piece of foam on top in a groove. Then tighten the strap to secure the panels to the back of the rear seat.

The seats have to be up to use the storage system.

It seemed like it would move and make noise like crazy off road.

You know, I am getting 2 pieces of hard foam in a rectangle about 3/4 th size of the panel and using that to cushion the panels as they stack on the floor in the back.

Cost - $5

Or you can do it the ole' fashion way and grab a old comforter and sandwich the panels in them. So far no scratches or bangin' around when wheelin.
