Leak by C?
Could be leaking axle seal, at the inner end of the tube, by the differential.
Could be residue from recent work, if shaft was removed.
Clean it with brake-cleaner. Check fluid level. Keep an eye on it; see if it continues to leak.
I had the same condition about 200,000 miles ago. Cleaned it up. It has been dry since.

You're likely looking at a seal replacement. Good news is ~$20 per seal, bad news is ~3hrs or so for most folks to replace them themself assuming some decent tools, or $250+ in labor typically to have a shop do it. (you do both even if 1 is leaking). Do as Ronjenx said first, clean and monitor. The jeep won't blow up anytime soon, but typically these things don't get better with time.
