Tell that dealership to go get bent and find another one. When it's a $1200 PCM or whatever you will want to be dealing with someone that isn't going to treat you like that.

After bickering back and forth for a bit they decided to "turn there head the other way" on this one and let it slide. And on top of it I don't get back my rig until tomorrow after noon.

Thanks again for all the instant feedback.
Glad to hear you are all fixed up.

Nicely done on the 'bickering' NOT that you needed to or should have done this to have valid warranty coverage. Like others have said I too call BS on the service dept. Turned a the other way....give me a freaking break. Like others post have said, stock Jeeps leak from these seals too. The warranty police have no way of knowing you have aftermarket wheels and tires, not that would cause the leak to start with.

Stories like this make me think when I purchase my next Jeep, in the contract in writing I will have the dealer put it "they are mod friendly and will not void my warranty for tires and lifts"....This will be the last topic I bring up after the verbal deal is done and BEFORE I sign ANYTHING.

If they push back, I wish them a pleasant day and move on to the next dealer...business is business you either want it or you don't.

Hey guys I need some help so I got it fixed like 3 weeks ago and already it's leaking from the same seal. Does anyone have information or ammo I can used so I don't get screwed when I take it back to jeep. Cause like I said they told me I would have to pay for it since they said my tires caused it? Thanks for any help

Mine did that. That is, after replacing the seals (and they are seals, not O-rings, BTW), one started leaking shortly after. Turned out that the axle shaft was damaged from mud. We had not paid close attention to that when replacing the seals. Had to have the shafts machined (they are Chromoly Superior shafts), and replaced the seals again.
